Mayfield negotiate new lease contract for 550m² of Zaventem office space to Servilux | Saturday 18 February
Mayfield Asset & Property Management bvba has negotiated a new lease agreement with Servinter bvba. Servinter bvba leases the ground floor level of building F at Atlas Park (550 m²) together with 6 parking places. Mayfield's asset management programme and strong tenant relationships have been instrumental in securing a steady stream of new lettings and lease renewals at the Zaventem site and other locations in and around Brussels.
Servinter was founded in the 1970s under the trade name Servilux as an independent repair service for household equipment. During 30 years of client satisfaction, Servilux grew from a local Hasselt-based company to a successful firm covering the whole province of Limburg.
In the meantime they specialised in selling spare parts before being taken over by Ward Dumon and Johan Thury who changed the trading name to Servinter. Together with 48 staff they built the company up to its current trade volume of over 90,000 repairs per year. Some years ago Servinter grew to a nationwide service provider in Belgium and GD Luxembourg with locations in Hasselt and Zaventem.
