Mayfield signs telecoms giant to 4,000 m² on long term lease | Saturday 18 February

T-Systems Nederland b.v., part of the largest telecommunications organisation in Europe, has signed a new lease at 3 Lage Biezenweg in Vianen near Utrecht, meaning they will continue to occupy the whole site for a further 5 years. Servinter bvba leases the ground floor level of building F at Atlas Park (550 m²) together with 6 parking places. The property is located on the arterial A2 route linking Amsterdam to Eindhoven and comprises 4,000 m² of high specification office space and 133 parking spaces.

T-Systems Nederland b.v. is part of the Deutsche Telekom group, which includes T-Mobile and T-Home among its subsidiaries. The T-Systems operation focuses on large corporate customers, managing IT systems for international companies and public institutions through a global infrastructure of data centres and support teams.
