Mayfield NL Negotiate Expansion for Novartis Pharma in Amsterdam | Monday 11 February 2013 

Mayfield Asset and Property Management NL have successfully secured Novartis Pharma in an additional 400 sqm of office accommodation.

Acting for a key client, Mayfield negotiated this expansion with the global pharmaceutical giant at their Amsterdam location bringing their total occupation to in excess of 3,400sqm.  

Novartis's diverse healthcare portfolio includes: innovative pharmaceuticals, eye care products, generics, consumer health products, vaccines and diagnostic tools and animal health products.

Mayfield Asset & Property Management bvba have renegotiated commercial lease agreements with four major retail players at the TT Center in Hasselt, Belgium.

Extending to over 25,500 sqm, the TT Center is located in the heart of Hasselt and provides a host of multi-national retailers such as Media Markt, H&M and C&A to the town.

Mayfield's asset management initiatives resulted in Casa/Bart Smit, Wibra, ICI Paris XL and Ulla Popken all extending their leases from their 2013 expiry.

Mayfield Asset & Property Management bvba has successfully concluded negotiations on a new commercial lease of the second floor of the TT Center in Hasselt, Belgium.

A.B. Consulting bvba, trading as Bennies Fit 4 Life, have taken 1,800 sqm of leisure space and will open a health and fitness centre.  

The TT Center, a landmark shopping centre in the heart of Hasselt, boasts occupiers such as H&M, C&A and Media Markt.
